Quality management
Delivering first-class quality on time and within budget starts with clear and agreed specifications. We provide representation and/or advice at Technical Review Meetings.
Concept and Technical Specifications
Representation and advice throughout the Design Review Process from Preliminary Design Review (PDR) to Critical Design Review (CDR) and Final Design Review (FDR).
We oversee interior installations – in full or in part – to ensure that requirements and quality standards are met.
sourcing & vendor management
We source, visit (if required) and present a selection of compatible Vendors for any given requirement. This may include suppliers of fabrics, carpets, veneers and hardware – as well as seat and upholstery manufacturers.
We conduct both initial and consequent Sourced Vendor Manufacturing Verification Visits on your behalf to ensure requirements and quality standards are met as per the specifications.
client Representation
We represent Clients on-site at Interior Installations or Completion Centers and act as liaison between the Client and/or the Client’s Representatives and Delivery Partners.
We will work with you to carefully define the support you need for your project to deliver the desired quality on-time and on-budget. We will also work alongside your teams and/or existing suppliers to achieve the specified outcomes.
